The Gunn oscillator serves to generate microwave power. It has a modular design and can be broken down into the following components:
- Gunn diode module, length approx. 27 mm
- Rear housing wall
- Diaphragm with aperture, 8 mm diameter
- Waveguide adapter, 32 mm
