Stator for a 0.3 kW DC shunt current machine in the form of a working model demonstrating function, featuring drive-end shield and industrial terminal boxes mounted on a base. The stator is designed to accommodate different rotors and equipped with star-grip bolts to attach them.
The stator consists of:
- Housing with windings
- Star grip screws for end shield
- Terminal box with sockets
- Base with feet and fixing lugs.
- Equipotential bonding connection
The shunt windings are connected to sockets E1 – E2. The temperature switch, located in the windings, is accessible through the red safety sockets. The housing, terminal box and end shield are connected to the protective earth socket.
The end shield is connected to the stator housing by 2 screws (top, bottom). Two star grip screws are used to fix the different rotors. On the open side of the stator, the upper mounting hole is adapted so that the bolt of the rotor can dip into it.
