For investigating of single-phase inverters, such as A.C. controllers and controlled rectifiers. All experiments are carried out using safe low voltaged. Incandescent lamps and a D.C. motor are used as loads. An integrated pulse generator IC is used to arrange a touch-actuated dimmer circuit. Protection and filtering measures, including pulse group control, are also covered.
